Conditions
Plantero provides climate-aware gardening planning tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions renew yearly unless canceled. Cancellation is available from the Stripe customer portal, and paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Plantero does not store full payment card details and only stores billing metadata needed to manage subscriptions.
Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or breaches of these terms.
Plantero provides planning guidance and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific gardening outcomes in all conditions.
These terms are governed by EU-first principles and applicable local consumer law. Company legal details and venue will be published here when finalized.

We process account/auth data, season/task settings, locale/preferences, billing metadata (Stripe customer/subscription IDs and status), and analytics events when consent is granted.
We process data to deliver the service, secure accounts, manage subscriptions, provide customer support, and improve reliability. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent for optional analytics cookies.
Main processors: Supabase (auth and database), Stripe (payments and billing portal), and PostHog (analytics when enabled by consent).
Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards (for example adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards).
Account and settings data are retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for compliance and dispute handling. Billing records are retained per tax/accounting obligations.
Depending on your location, you may request access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
